Bene Rosa’s Signature Packages
Starting rate may vary based on guest count and service window. Existing starting rates are based on an industry standard of a 100 person guest count and a 4 hour service window. Prices include estimation of alcohol cost.
Our most popular package is perfect for couples who want a complete open bar experience with full logistical support. It includes certified bartenders, setup and breakdown, insurance, permits, professional bar tools, and all necessary supplies like ice, disposables, and a water station. We’ll work with you to create a custom alcohol shopping list that fits your wedding vision, and help coordinate shopping, pickup, or delivery through our trusted retail partners. This package also includes two expert bartenders, a water tower, and everything you need for a smooth, stress-free celebration.
Base Package

For clients looking to elevate their open bar, this package adds premium ingredients and stylish presentation to create a truly special experience. It includes everything from the Base Service Package, plus fresh juices, premium syrups, bitters, and unique garnishes to craft signature cocktails, well drinks, and alcohol-free options. We’ll handle the entire process of alcohol ordering, pickup, or delivery through our trusted retail partners for a smooth, stress-free experience. This package also covers the base package items, plus premium ingredients for up to three signature cocktails.
Standard Package

For the ultimate bar experience, this package is perfect for clients seeking a fully customized, premium service. It includes everything from the Signature Package, plus upgrades like specialty ice, champagne towers, bar styling, and extended service hours. We’ll handle all coordination for alcohol ordering and delivery through our trusted retail partners, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. Includes ingredients for up to six signature cocktails, making your event bar truly one-of-a-kind.
